We’ve scheduled maintenance to improve Kami’s services on Saturday, April 26th, between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM (EST)/ 5PM - 7PM PST.
Kami services may be unstable or unavailable during this period, including:
- Login and signup
- Opening files from Google Drive or OneDrive
- Saving annotations to Google Drive or OneDrive
- Exporting documents
- Collaborating on shared files
- Creating assignments through Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, or Microsoft Teams
- Opening and submitting assignments through Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, or Microsoft Teams
- Text Recognition and Split and Merge
If you have a document open in Kami during this period, you’ll still be able to access it in Offline Mode:(https://help.kamiapp.com/en/articles/647922-kami-offline-mode).
However, for any other features mentioned above, attempting to use them during this time will result in an error message.
We apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to improve your Kami experience.
